Mike graduated from the University of Manchester with an MSc in Environmental Impact Assessment and Management in 2021. He then joined Arcadis as a Graduate Environmental Consultant progressing to Consultant grade where he worked on various infrastructure projects for a range of sectors including highways, energy, and water. Most notably, he supported the submission of the Lower Thames Crossing Development Consent Order as a Deputy EIA Coordinator. Mike also has strong client side experience through secondments with National Highways and the Canal and River Trust.

Since graduating in 2021, Mike has worked on a range of projects across different sectors ranging from local schemes to nationally significant infrastructure projects. He has developed a range of skills including EIA coordination, technical document review and document preparation such as EIA screening reports. Mike is currently a Graduate member of IEMA and
is part of the IEMA Young Futures group.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys watching and playing any sport he can with a particular interest in Football. Mike also loves going to as many gigs and live music events as possible.
