ASTEER CELEBRATES FIRST ANNIVERSARY WITH ANOTHER NEW STARTER
Asteer Planning goes from strength to strength as it celebrates its first year in business. The specialist independent planning consultancy was established in April 2021 by Managing Partner Jon Suckley and is celebrating its anniversary with another new recruit bringing the team at Asteer to nine.
Jon set up Asteer with just one team member, but the
business grew quickly with Alice Routledge joining in August 2021 and in November
2021 Alice joined Jon as a Partner. A number of other key appointments have
also been made including Paul Nellist and Jonathan Power as Associate Partners
and Alice Henderson as Senior Planner. Harry Gledhill also joined as Assistant
Georgina Blackburn joined the team this month as Planner and
brings additional support and experience to the business which has already
established a strong and varied client base during its first year. Asteer is
currently advising on more than 12,000 residential units, almost 3.5 million sq
ft of commercial floorspace, 174 care units and more than 800 holiday lodges
and hotel beds.
Jon and Alice have grown the company together, serving a
national client base including landowners and promoters, developers and end
users across all of the major property sectors.
Says Jon: “We have a superb and loyal client base which has helped us
grow very quickly and we are delighted with the impact we have already made in the
North West marketplace. We are now making plans for further growth and looking
forward to more success in our second year.”
Alice adds: “Our committed and hardworking team deliver a
fantastic service and have helped make us the success we are. A lot has happed over the last year and it
has been great to celebrate a number of key successes and project milestones.
We can’t wait to see what the next 12 months will bring for Asteer!”
