Development Plan Promotion for Grasscroft Property

Asteer Planning is instructed by Grasscroft Property to promote their land interests for housing allocation at the following sites:

Station Road, Sturminster Marshall

This site extends to 7.27 hectares of open land within the Green Belt situated in a sustainable location on the edge of Sturminster Marshall. The site forms a substantial part of a larger housing allocation for 225 new homes in the emerging Dorset-wide Local Plan.

Hey End Lane, Fradley

This site extends to circa 2 hectares of open land on the edge of Fradley. The site is situated in a sustainable location and is surrounded by existing and proposed housing development. It forms part of a wider Strategic Housing Allocation at land north and south of Hay End Lane for 500 new homes in the emerging Lichfield Local Plan Review.

The proposed development will deliver 54 residential dwellings, public open space, attractive landscaping and connectivity to the existing and planned housing and amenities within the local area as well as Coventry Canal to the south.The Examination in Public is scheduled to take place in Q4 2021.
