Asteer Planning is appointed by Magnitude Land LLP to provide strategic planning advice regarding Magnitude (formerly known as ‘Midpoint 18’) in Middlewich. Magnitude is a 70 hectare strategic employment site to the east of Middlewich, Cheshire. The site is one of the largest employment sites in the North West and will make a significant contribution to Cheshire East Council’s employment land requirements.
Planning permission was granted at Phase 4A for two alternative employment developments in July 2023.
Asteer Planning also provided discharge of conditions advice at Plot 1A and Swizzels (“Phase 4B”), and is responsible for the preparation and submission of non-material amendment applications and minor planning applications at the wider site.
Planning permission for approximately 1.5million sq ft of logistics floorspace has now been successfully secured at Magnitude.
