Warrington Strategic Site Promotion

Asteer Planning is instructed to provide general strategic planning advice and to negotiate the determination of this live planning application.Asteer Planning is instructed by Richborough Estates Ltd to promote its land interests in Warrington.

Asteer Planning has made representations to release land at Hollins Green and land at Cherry Lane, Lymm from the Green Belt and allocate it for housing in the emerging Warrington Local Plan.

The land at Hollins Green covers an area of approximately 4.3 hectares and immediately adjoins the southwest edge of Hollins Green. The site has a draft allocation for housing and could deliver approximately 100 new homes.
