Alice graduated from the University of Manchester with a Masters in Town and Country Planning (MTCP) in 2013 and began her career at Knight Frank in Manchester. She joined Avison Young (formerly GVA) as a graduate in 2015 and became an Associate Director in 2019. Since becoming a Chartered Town Planner in 2015 Alice has established herself as a commercially minded planning and strategic advisor.

Alice advises clients on projects in a range of sectors across the north of England including mixed-use, regeneration, housing, employment, commercial, leisure and retail and prides herself on not only preparing and delivering commercially driven planning strategies but also being an excellent communicator with clients, colleagues, local planning authorities and other key stakeholders. Alice also has strong leadership and mentoring qualities and has successfully coached a number of graduates through the RTPI APC process.  


Away from the office, Alice enjoys spending time in the great outdoors with her boyfriend Sam and their dog. She is also a keen netball player and equestrian and will turn her hand to most team sports given the chance.
