Asteer Planning continues to go from strength to strength with another new appointment, one which will further enhance the recently launched Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) service, and a number of internal promotions.

Mike Fisher has joined the EIA team as Environmental Planner, whilst Harry Gledhill who has been with Asteer since it launched in 2021 and Tyler Rylance, who has been part of the team since September 2022, have been promoted to Graduate Planners.

Mike will work closely with Associate Partner, Liz McFadyean, who heads up Asteer’s EIA service, providing expert environmental advice on all Asteer’s planning schemes as well as stand-alone EIA projects.

Harry and Tyler have been working as part of the team – which now stands at 13 – for over a year and will continue to support the full range of planning services on a full time basis in their new Graduate Planner positions.

Says Jon Suckley, Managing Partner at Asteer Planning:  “We have taken another very important and exciting step in Asteer’s continued growth with these announcements.  Mike’s appointment, along with Harry and Tyler’s promotions, further strengthen our team and will help us achieve our longer term aims.

“We have a strong company vision and a great team, and we know these appointments are another very positive move which will help us meet our ambitious targets for the future.”

These announcements come following a further promotion within the Asteer Team, with Georgina Blackburn having been promoted to Senior Planner in April this year.
