Jon graduated from the University of Manchester with First Class honours in his Master of Town and Country Planning (MTCP) degree in 2007. He began his career at Drivers Jonas LLP (now Deloitte), before moving to Australia in 2011 to advise on a diverse range of strategic development, planning and regeneration projects both in Melbourne and across regional Victoria. Jon returned to the UK in 2015 and has worked in client focussed strategic planning roles at HOW Planning and, more recently, as part of CBRE’s national planning and development team.

Michael graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2020 with a BA in Geography and a Masters (MA) in Urban Planning. He began his career as a strategic land graduate at Keepmoat Homes before moving to Hallam Land Management. Michael has experience in helping to deliver planning permissions for major housing schemes across the North of England.
