    West Bar Square is a £175m mixed use urban regeneration scheme in Sheffield City Centre by Urbo in partnership with Peveril Securities, the property arm of Bower & Kirkland, Sheffield City Council and Legal and General.

    The urban regeneration scheme comprises 1.4m sq ft of office led mixed use development including retail, leisure, hotel, apartments, and a multi-storey car park.

    Chesterfield Waterside is a large scale £300m regeneration project promoted by Chesterfield Waterside, a joint venture between Urbo and Chesterfield Borough Council on 16 hectares (40 acres) of former industrial land adjacent to the A61 in the River Rother corridor. The regeneration scheme comprises 1,500 new homes, 8,000 sq m of retail and leisure uses, 30,350 sq m of retail and leisure uses, 2no. hotels and a new canal link.

    Dakota Hotel, Manchester Airport

    Project Detail

    The new Dakota Hotel at Manchester Airport will deliver a 7-storey hotel complex comprising 154 bedrooms, a premium and a brasserie-style grill. The hotel will also include 130 car parking spaces and offer a dedicated shuttle service to and from the airport terminals.

    The hotel will form part of the new MIX MANCHESTER Masterplan which will see the creation of the UK's first airport-based science, innovation and manufacturing campus spanning approximately 2 million sq ft.
